Employer Tuition Reimbursement

Students seeking to take advantage of tuition reimbursement programs with their employer may use any of the following approved methods of payments:

1. Company Check :Only available to companies using company checks or Money Orders drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. dollars. A company can submit one check to pay for multiple students and their course materials. Foreign banks’ Money Orders drawn on U.S. Banks in U.S. dollars are an acceptable form of payment.

2. Major Credit Cards payable in U.S. Dollars using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit cards only.

3. Company Purchase Orders are accepted. However, payment in full must be received prior to the class start date for which payment applies or the student will be automatically moved to the next class start date..

4. IIEI accepts wire transfers of payments. The necessary information required to complete a wire transfer will be provided to companies seeking to transfer funds using this method. Contact a Registration Advisor for details.

5. Under very special circumstances IIEI allows delayed payments of tuition. However, regardless, if payment in full is not received within two weeks of the start date of a course for which the payment applies, the student will be removed from the course.

As needed IIEI can electronically (email) provide a proforma invoice in PDF format . All payments must be received prior to commencement date of the course for which payment applies unless other arrangements have been agreed to by IIEI.
