Course Description: This six-week course examines the organizational purchasing function within the global marketplace. Upon completion, students will have demonstrated in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of the role, duties and functions of a purchasing professional. Case studies are used by students to apply their understanding of course concepts to real-life situations.
