 Location: Southern New Hampshire

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Import Export Manager, oversee both import & export compliance & licensing
• Draft, submit and manage EAR and ITAR licenses, TAA’s and MLA’s
  
• Act as company empowered official for export compliance and licensing
  
• Advise company on export licensing requirements
  
• Provide compliance training to company employees and associates on export licensing
  
• Classify imported and exported products under the HTS and ECCN
  
• Prepare and manage import and export documentation for brokers, forwarders and customers
  
• Update company trade compliance manual as required
  
• Advise management on import and export regulations as amended

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Required
  
• Export compliance management experience
  
• Import compliance management experience- Licensed Customs broker preferred
  
• Hands-on experience with ITAR and EAR licensing necessary.
