JOB SUMMARY
- This position will assist the Corporate Manager of Export Compliance in Export Compliance Training, Export Compliance Audits/Assessments, Regulatory Guidance, and Mergers and Acquisition Activities.
- This individual will schedule and conduct face to face Export Compliance training for
covering Both ITAR and EAR Compliance Throughout Our Client’s organization (U.S. and Non U.S. Locations) For a Number of Different Types of Audiences.
- Will schedule and manage internal Export Compliance Audits and Assessments for both International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) Compliance.
- Provide Export Regulatory Interpretation and Implementation guidance to all value centers.
- Be involved with Voluntary Disclosures.
- Will conduct Export Compliance due diligence reviews for all potential acquisitions and merger activities for all groups and value centers.
- This person will be an Empowered Official.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Monitor and manage the on-line training programs.
- Assist in the development of content for new on-line training programs.
- Assist in the implementation of Empowered Official training programs.
- Conduct Export Compliance training via Web Xs.
- Conduct post-acquisition Export Compliance training
- Ensure that corrective measures from internal audits, assessments and disclosures are tracked, implemented, and documented.
- Conduct Post Acquisition Export Compliance Audits.
- Conduct disclosure investigations.
- Prepare preliminary, interim and final Voluntary Disclosure Notifications.
- Monitor and assist in the coordination of Disclosure activities with outside Counsel.
- Ensure disclosures are made to the USG for any non-compliant acquisition activity.
- Conduct Export Compliance Integration Activities.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree
- 8-10 years direct experience with Export Compliance activities for both the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR), to include audits,
training, investigations and disclosures.
- Previous work with a Defense company necessary.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Publisher, Excel and Outlook.
- US Security Clearance or ability to obtain Clearance
- Ability to travel in both the U.S. and Internationally
